本机是对前的料浆的制备工艺有特殊要求，根据物料的性质不同，需要严格的控制与规定。目前广泛用于陶瓷、铁氧体、磁性材料等行业。

本机是将料液压入塔体中部的喷嘴雾化成微小雾滴，同塔顶热风混流而完成干燥（料液自下往上喷，热风自上往下走）。干燥后的成品具有流动性好、颗粒均匀等特点。
